Welcome to BookBudKids, an AI children's picture-book studio operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Your content and your books

You keep your files and may continue using books you created after a plan ends. To the extent Archieboy Holdings, LLC has transferable rights in an output, we grant them to you for lawful commercial and personal use. Because copyright protection for AI-assisted material depends on the amount and kind of human authorship and the law in your jurisdiction, BookBudKids does not promise that every generated element is independently copyrightable. You are responsible for ensuring books you publish comply with retailer policies and applicable law.

AI-generated material

Stories, illustrations, characters, and metadata may be generated or revised by AI. BookBudKids places an AI-assistance notice in generated book files and metadata and marks both AI-assisted text and images in our managed distribution handoff. You remain responsible for answering each retailer's disclosure questions accurately when publishing files yourself.

Acceptable use

BookBudKids creates children's content. You agree not to use the service to generate unlawful, harmful, exploitative, or age-inappropriate material. Generated content is subject to automated moderation.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and include a set number of finished books and managed Retail Launches per month. Monthly allowances do not roll over. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove previously downloaded or created books.

One-time book credits do not expire and include DIY publishing files, but do not include human-managed retailer submission. A managed Retail Launch can be purchased separately when a subscription allowance is unavailable.

Paid books include a short promotional trailer export. Full narrated read-along exports are included with eligible plans or may be purchased separately for an individual title. A per-title unlock may be rerendered for that same title.

Managed distribution

A Retail Launch is a human-reviewed handoff to SelfPublishing.pro. Submission is not a guarantee that every retailer will accept or keep a title. ISBNs, retailer accounts, review timelines, pricing rules, royalty splits, payout thresholds, and content policies may also be governed by the applicable SelfPublishing.pro and retailer terms.
